  First of all I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if
  you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear
  your thoughts before writing. I've had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.
  I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the
  first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply just
  trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?

  When I initially commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify
  me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I recieve 4
  emails with the exact same comment. Is there a way you are able to
  remove me from that service? Thanks!
