Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.

Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could
connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only
having one or 2 images. Maybe you could space it out

So, we have finally closed the book on 2010. Now, as we transition into the brand-new year, this
is when many people show back on the year prior to.
In the motion picture world, this is likewise when critics and motion picture lovers make the effort to review the past year.
Not to mention, this is awards season. With the Critics' Choice
Awards in simply a number of weeks and the Oscars less than two months ago, are enough to state the red carpet is officially out.

Today, I'm going to toss myself into that really ring
as we bring you Lazy person Club's 2010 Movie Awards. Up front,
though, I wish to go ahead and say, I'm going to do this different than those big
award shows. For one, you'll see some of the normal categories, however similarly there will be some off-beat ones.
Likewise, call me crazy, however I think the most significant factor in evaluating a movie
is its entertainment worth. Given all of the other little aspects of making a
film assistance to make a motion picture much better,
however I think entertainment prospers a motion picture's technical expertise in order to specify whether it is good or not.

So, you will not be seeing me granting these "artistic" films even if of their "cinematic accomplishment" (whatever the hell that is).
Rather, I'll be judging on excellent ole entertainment value (with acting, story, and so on playing factors).

So, without additional ado, here are the winners of the very
first annual Couch Potato Club Movie Awards.

    Finest Movie: Creation

For me this came down to Inception and Black
Swan. I've honestly invested days mulling it over in my head
which would be my movie of the year. Nevertheless, in the
end, Inception triumphes. Inceptionwas also ideal in a sense.
With intelligent writing, great acting, fun action, fantastic cinematography and so
on and so on, the movie showed to be amazing style with great
compound. Nolan showed once again here why he is among
(if not THE) most sought after filmmakers today.
A narrative genius. After seeing this movie, it made me recognize what a god-send Nolan is to Hollywood truly.

Everybody in Hollywood ought to be bearing in mind.

This is precisely how a smash hit motion picture should be done.

Let's not kid ourselves, hit action films will continue to be the bread and butter of Hollywood for some time to come.
While this is alright, the problem typically
lies in that they're so shallow and cliche and simply "eh".
They normally simply depend on cool action series and awesome looking unique impacts.

Not Creation, however. This movie provides all that, however then actually brings substance to that design providing us an interesting and mind-bending/intelligent story to opt for it.
This perfect blend makes Beginning my film
    of the year.

Best Star: James Franco - 127 Hours

I've said it prior to and I'll state it once again: you wish to test
the benefit of an actor? Toss him in a movie
where he is practically the only one ever on-screen and he needs to bring the entire film himself.

Where the entire weight of the whole motion picture
rests most assuredly on his shoulders. Will he shine?
Will he collapse? This is the test. Others have shown themselves in the same way (Will Smith, Tom Hanks).
And genuinely I believe this (and the "retard function") is one of the biggest methods to check a star and
see if he's one of the greats. So, get in James Franco and 127 Hours.
Playing a mountain climber that gets caught under
a boulder and is all alone, Franco is delegated carry a whole film on his own. Does he prosper?
Damn right he does. With flying colors at that. Keeping it interesting, conveying a range
of emotions throughout the movie and drawing you in all on his own,
Franco plainly reveals he had the mettle to take on such
a challenging task and triumph. For that reason, he's my star of the year.

Finest Actress: Natalie Portman - Black Swan

Natalie's efficiency in the Aronofsky psychological thriller is definitely brilliant.
Her finest work to-date in my opinion. Contributing that
needs her to eventually shift from sweet little ignorant princess woman to girl-gone-wild (in a dark side
kinda way), she hits every beat without missing out on a
step. I believe the greatest aspect for an excellent actor/actress
is range. Anybody can shine in a part that was just produced them (in line with their natural persona),
but variety and playing different personas/characters is where an actor/actress can reveal their real prowess.
In Black Swanalone, Natalie Portman has revealed, in just the 2 hours, that she has more variety than many actresses
around. She exhibited more variety in one efficiency than a lot of do in their entire career.
For such a brilliant efficiency Natalie Portman gets my vote as starlet
of the year. I don't believe this is even up
    for dispute.

Finest Supporting Actor: Christian Bale - The
    Fighter

Here's another that I feel is simply a given and isn't up for dispute.
Bale absolutely stole the show in every scene
he appeared in The Fighter The weight reduction alone reveals
Bale's dedication to his craft. In addition, the way he had the ability to lose himself
in that crackhead personality and into the function of Dicky Eklund simply even more proved what a remarkable star
Bale is. To really show you how fantastic his efficiency was, the video
clip of real-life Dicky throughout the credits showed you simply how
well Bale nailed that efficiency. It needed to
practically resemble looking in a mirror for Dicky.

Finest Supporting Starlet: Melissa Leo - The Fighter.

Yes, the supporting cast of The Fighter was just terrific.
They're the ones that kept this movie afloat.
Leo's turn as the "white trash" overbearing mother was terrific and was another (in addition to Bale's efficiency) that
actually helped this movie shine. Without these 2, The Fighter bombs.

Finest Director: Darren Aronofsky - Black Swan

Like I stated, finest movie was down to Black Swan and Creation for me.
Aronofsky's work here was damn near best. This was a brilliantly directed movie.

From the cam shots to the music to the story-telling to what
he left his cast, Aronofsky did a fantastic job in communicating this thriller story really aptly on all levels.

As one of my favorite contemporary directors, it's not a surprise that Aronofsky continues to impress every year.

Best Screenplay: Mark Heyman, Andres Heinz and John McLaughlin - Black Swan

For me, screenplay/story is most likely the greatest consider
determining whether a motion picture is amusing.
Afterall, without an interesting and entertaining story,
then your movie is just going to draw. That being stated, it's no surprise that
this, for me, came down to Black Swan and Inceptionagain; the two motion pictures vying for my Finest Film award.
However, in the end I need to go with Black Swan edging
out in this classification. The story was terrific in my viewpoint.
Very thrilling and appealing story that left you on your seat the
entire while through. To top it off, however, was all the subtext present throughout the movie.
From the "life mimics art" to the "greed can consume us all" to the commentary of how much pressure
can be put on an entertainer and the threats they take place when losing themselves
in an efficiency in order to be "best". This script had it all
and fired on a lot of cylinders. Really was a great story and I enjoyed how the main character's life began to mirror the very
character she was trying to use phase.

    Best Ensemble Cast: The Fighter

I guess after the previous supporting awards,
this should come as not a surprise. However,
I will state I was likewise seriously thinking about The Town for this award which had an excellent well-rounded performance from its whole cast.
However, the cast of The Fighter carried out well in all areas.
Even Mark Wahlberg was decent sufficient (and I don't particularly care for him).
Though, he was the weak link and his real character was dull.

Nevertheless, everybody else kipped down fine performances that,
as a whole, really pulled you into the household in the film.

Then the performances of Bale and Leo actually just pressed
the general ensemble over the top. On The Other Hand, Amy
Adams delivered an excellent performance also standing
    apart.

Breakout Efficiency of the Year: Jennifer Lawrence - Winter season's Bone

The movie itself, I discovered was fairly overrated.
However, Jennifer Lawrence in Winter season's
Bone did an absolutely fantastic task of playing the function of Ree Dolly.
If not for her, the entire motion picture would have been a wash.
However, her performance was really great to view. It made it even more
rewarding as I got to witness that this girl is really an extremely skilled actress.
Before this, I had only seen her in 'The Costs Engvall
Show' where she plays the normal cliche ditzy teenage girl.

Which, honestly, there are a million and one girls in the nation that could pull that off.
Seeing her go from that ditzy teen to this gritty and persuading performance was certainly a reward for
me and revealed me her worth. For that, she gets my Breakout Performance
    of the Year award.

    Best Action Movie: Creation

Inception wins here. Naturally being my Finest Film of the Year, it's going to likewise win in its particular genre category.
The film fires on all cylinders for an almost nonstop joyride, specifically for the last half of the movie.
The last half specifically, with the weapon battles and chases and combats, and so
on prove to be an adrenalin rush of action. Again, this
is pretty much the Hollywood-action-blockbuster film perfected.

Finest Comedy: Get Him to the Greek

Ok, here's where some may disagree with me (if they haven't already).
Nevertheless, it's my belief that Finest Funny film must mainly be based on which movie was the funniest.

Granted, there were movies I liked better total
that fall under the funny classification (Scott Pilgrim),
but on the laugh scale they didn't touch Get Him to the Greek.
Russell Brand name is just hilarious. And his part as the common rock star was terrific and hilarious.
Even "P Diddy" (who I hate) had me cracking up during this film.
For me, it really was the funniest movie of the year.

Best Animated Movie: How to Train Your Dragon

Yep, I'm doing it. I'm kicking Pixar to the curb this year and letting someone else have Finest
Animated reward. Approved, I really enjoyed Toy Story 3, but for
me How to Train Your Dragon was simply the much
better movie and was more enjoyable. It was adorable,
funny, motivating in its own method and rejuvenating.
I actually enjoyed the movie. How to Train Your Dragon was among those
that had heart and depth and was really stunning (both
story-wise and animation). One that truly interest both grownups and kids alike.

Finest Horror Movie: Paranormal Activity 2

I enjoyed the first one and the follow up proves no various.
Paranormal Activity has actually been something of a hero for the horror genre I believe.
And part 2 makes it a conserving grace for Hollywood
as the franchise goes mainstream. With excellent pacing and
'storytelling', Paranormal Activity 2, like its predecessor, brings the art of tension and suspense back to an apparently hollowed out category.
It does a fantastic task of really getting into your creativity
and letting it run wild, in turn intimidating yourself.
Actually a revitalizing movie in the genre, I can't wait for part 3 this fall.

    Finest Thriller: The Town

Yes, I realize Black Swan is a thriller, and I definitely concur that it's the better film.

However, like the funny film, I feel the very best Thriller film should be judged basically
exclusively on the "adventure" aspect. And while Black Swan did engulf
me and keep in delighted, The Town pulled that element off a bit better.
Maybe because the action of it dealt with that, I do not
understand. Nevertheless, The Town just had me actually on the edge
of my seat from start to finish basically. The action was good, the movie was so extreme and
the whole of it simply never slow down once it removed running, that I could not assist but be enthralled as I went on that excitement
    trip.

Finest Docudrama: The Social Media Network

Social Networking has been spreading like wildfire
in the past years, so it comes as not a surprise that it would ultimately become the basis of a film.
The Social media isn't simply any film though. Turning into one of the most spoken about motion pictures of the year and making a genuine film to
be motion picture of the year, the motion picture is
a great well-rounded movie that everybody should see. And it might be one of the most substantial films of modern day (that or its equivalent 'Catfish').

    Best Indie Film: Buried

Another thriller that just keeps you enthralled throughout (yes it seems I have a thing for thriller type movies).

With such a minimal set and very little story and cast, Buried just
looks like it's set to dissatisfy. In spite of all these risks
though it manages to succeed and become an extremely awesome and
fascinating film, with Reynolds bring it well.

Best Battle: Zero-Gravity Corridor Fight - Beginning

The visuals and unique results was just one facet of what made Beginning so awesome for me.
And this battle scene was among those that stuck out
above the rest. Imaginative, cool to view, action-packed,
it really was simply a really fun battle and pretty incredible.

Tearjerker of the Year: Toy Story 3

Did I personally cry? No. Nevertheless, Toy Story 3 I feel is the
movie of the year that will more than likely make somebody cry.

Possibly it's the connection after having matured with the series.
Maybe it's just the depth of feeling produced in some scenes that hit home for the majority of people in a real-life way.
Whatever it is, Toy Story 3 makes certain to get the waterworks running for numerous individuals.
With scenes like the incinerator scene and Andy's last
time with the toys (especially when he understands Woody is in there and he ends up parting with the toy that started it
all), Toy Story 3 certainly has its moments that truly yank on those
    heart-strings.

Finest On-Screen Couple: Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams - Blue Valentine

Both of these stars are some of the better young stars around today (Gosling being my choice for finest star under 30
even). They really show their worth here in this movie too.
Offering fantastic and effective efficiencies the two shine on the screen together.
The chemistry in between them is absolutely wonderful and the genuine/real feeling they convey
over the course of the movie attends to a good watch.

Finest Bad Guy: Gideon Graves (Jason Schwartzman) - Scott Pilgrim vs the World

Jason Schwartzman is simply unconventionally humorous
most whenever I see him. His appearance in Scott Pilgrim was just icing on the cake for a great
motion picture. Traditional Schwartzman supplied humor
and intelligence to the role, standing out as my preferred bad guy of
    a film filled with villains.

Worst Motion Picture of the Year: The Last Airbender

I'm not even going to say anything. Everybody knows it
sucks. Shyamalan once again proves, that in spite of his last movie (The Taking
place being dreadful) that he can still outdo himself
and make a remarkably even worse film than he ever has. The man is spiraling out of control directly down the drain.

A Lot Of Overrated Movie of the Year: The Children Are All Right

I'm sorry. It wasn't that great. The performing was decent.
Mark Ruffalo was basically the saving grace of the movie.

Besides that the film was so pompous and contrived and just flat out boring.

Not almost as good as people made it out to be (not even the efficiencies).
Wasn't amusing or funny at all. And the motion picture absolutely does
not be worthy of even being considered as a Best Movie nominee.

The Majority Of Underrated Film of the Year: Kick-Ass

Sure, the movie got decent evaluations, even did reasonably well in its opening weekend.
However, I feel Kick-Ass was simply underappreciated for the year.
Rather frankly, the movie, well ... kicked ass.

In fact, it may go down as one of my Top 10 or 15 preferred films of the year.
It's one of the very best comic book adjustments I've seen in a long while.
For me, it was even better than it's competitorScott
Pilgrim. A truly amazing and fun motion picture
that must have been offered more credit. Really amusing and more people should
    give it a shot.

Best TV Program (Drama): The Walking Dead

Admittedly, my generally TELEVISION show seeing consists of
sitcoms/comedies. Nevertheless, there are a couple of
dramas I see occasionally. This year's The Strolling Dead proved to be one of those new shows that drug me in and made me like it.
Making me eager to see the next season, and disappointed I'll have
    to wait so long.

Best TV Show (Funny): Modern Household

With an amusing ensemble cast and very funny writing, Modern Family has proven to be among my preferred new TV shows just
recently. And with 'The Workplace' being hit or miss any longer,
Modern Familyis the one that consistently has me laughing one
of the most. Most significantly, Eric Stonestreet as
"Web cam" always makes me laugh and truly steals the program nearly every time he appears.

His efficiency is what puts this one over the edge for me.
Though, Big Bang Theory and Jim Parsons performance do come in an extremely close 2nd for me.
